I think when my doctors don't talk to each other, it leads to duplicated tests, mixed messages, and sometimes even conflicting treatments. I also feel like navigating the system can be super tough, especially when I'm dealing with multiple conditions or specialists. I wish there was more coordination and a clearer path for me to get the care I need.

Still a 3-month wait for a psychiatrist. We bounce between three agencies and nobody knows what the others are doing. Paperwork hell every time.
